
Renaprov Finance: Pursues BVMAC Listing Despite Initial Rejection
Cameroonian microfinance institution Renaprov Finance plans to continue its bid to list on the Central African Stock Exchange (BVMAC), despite the exchange’s decision not to approve the application in its current form. The company will now have to address several concerns before its case can return for review. “We have taken note of the decision. We will calmly continue the collaboration initiated as part of Renaprov Finance S.A.’s stock market listing process,” said Jean Patient Tsala, head of Renaprov Finance’s Communication and Public Relations Division. Renaprov said it intends to provide the clarifications requested by the regional exchange. “We will work closely with BVMAC and all the parties involved so that the review phase of our application is successful,” Tsala said.
