This initiative, officially named the Zero-Rated Data Access to Educational Platforms and Content, commenced on Thursday, with an official statement released the following day by Nnenna Ukoh, the NCC's Director of Public Affairs. Under this innovative operator-sponsored model, participants will receive a daily allocation of up to 100 megabytes (MB) of data specifically for accessing whitelisted educational platforms.
