Gazette Notice No. 1418 of 2026 Public Warning Cancellation of National Registration Card and Zambian Passport NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the National Registration Card and Zambian Passport specified in the Schedule to this Notice have been cancelled and declared invalid, following a determination that the documents were obtained through fraud, false declaration and / or misrepresentation. The cancellation documents are no longer valid for identification, travel or any official purpose. Any use of the cancelled documents, travel or any official purpose. Any use of the cancelled documents may constitute an offence. The Public, Government Institutions, Financial Institutions, Border Control Authorities, Law Enforcement Agencies and all other relevant institutions are accordingly advised not to accept, recognise or rely upon the said documents. Any person in possession of any of the cancelled documents specified in the Schedule is required to surrender the document immediately to the Department of National Registration, Passport and Citizenship or the nearest Police Station or Passport Office. Given under my hand this 2nd day of September, 2026.
