Trump’s Colorado voter rolls suit dismissed

DENVER — A federal court in Colorado dismissed the Trump administration’s voter-rolls lawsuit against Colorado Secretary of State Jena Griswold, finding the state did not violate the Help America Vote Act or the National Voter Registration Act. The state maintains a public statewide voter registration list and is not required to disclose information from the nonpublic version of this registry, which would expose voters’ driver’s license numbers, the last four digits of their Social Security numbers and their full birth dates.
