Trilegal has advised global education company Emeritus (part of Eruditus) on its strategic joint ventures with Illinois Institute of Technology, University of Aberdeen, University of New South Wales (UNSW) and University of Victoria for the establishment of physical campuses in India.The Firm provided comprehensive legal advisory support throughout the transactions, from inception through execution and closing.
