Togo National Cybersecurity Agency Seeks Experts for Digital Defense Roster

The National Cybersecurity Agency, known as ANCy, has launched a call for expressions of interest to create a roster of Togolese professionals specializing in digital security. The initiative is intended to identify and evaluate experts, practitioners, researchers and other professionals with proven cybersecurity skills. Applications are open until October 30, 2026, at 5:30 p.m. Selected candidates may be called on for technical assignments, audits, penetration testing, incident response, research projects or training activities. Building Cybersecurity Skills The talent pool will cover a broad range of fields, including offensive and defensive cybersecurity, digital forensics, application security, infrastructure security and cloud security. The agency is also seeking expertise in data protection, risk management and incident response. The initiative is part of Togo's National Cybersecurity Strategy for 2024-2028, which includes plans to strengthen the country's technical and human capabilities. Building on Recent Gains The call follows Togo's improved performance in the International Telecommunication Union's 2024 Global Cybersecurity Index, where it scored 88.8 points and was placed in Tier 2.
