DSK Legal: Advises Viyash Scientific on ₹188 Crore BioForLife Italia Acquisition

Viyash Scientific Limited, an Indian publicly listed company, completed the acquisition of 100% shareholding of BioForLife Italia S.r.l. for approximately ₹188 crore on October 1, 2026, with DSK Legal advising Viyash Scientific and its subsidiary, Alivira Animal Health Limited, Ireland. This significant cross-border transaction involved the acquisition of a Milan-based pet-care company, demonstrating Viyash's strategic expansion in the global pharmaceutical and veterinary sectors. DSK Legal's role was comprehensive, encompassing transaction structuring, drafting and negotiation of the Share Purchase Agreement (SPA) and ancillary documents, in-person negotiations in Milan, general advisory, and assistance through to completion, which was contingent on Italian FDI / Golden Power Regulations.
