Bombay High Court Seeks State Response on Plea for Stipends, Welfare Scheme for Junior Law

Shivani Khanwilkar and Saloni Shah have launched Khanwilkar & Shah Associates LLP, a litigation and dispute resolution firm based in Mumbai. The founding partners have worked together for the last eight years in DSK Legal and Trilegal.The firm will focus on real estate & commercial litigation, environmental & regulatory disputes, arbitration, insolvency & company law matters, criminal & white collar crime matters, IPR disputes and family & matrimonial disputes.Shah is a 2015 graduate of University of Mumbai and holds an LLM from the Queen Mary University of London.Previously designated as Counsel at Trilegal, Shah is a disputes lawyer who has close to a decade of experience, having worked extensively in a wide range of matters from real estate, arbitrations and commercial disputes, across forums ranging from various High Courts and the Supreme Court to specialised tribunals such as MahaRERA.
