Ethereal Exploration Guild Private Limited has entered into an agreement with the Andhra Pradesh Industrial Infrastructure Corporation Limited for an industrial land parcel admeasuring 142.3 acres, situated in Routhsuramala Village, Tirupati District, Andhra Pradesh.Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co advised Ethereal Exploration Guild on this land acquisition deal. The Firm was involved in the review of revenue documents, and the negotiation and finalisation of the agreement for sale with APIIC.
