About Volume IX Issue 2 The Journal on Corporate Law & Governance (JCLG), published under the aegis of the National Law University, Jodhpur, seeks to foster rigorous and contemporary scholarship on developments within the broad field of corporate law and governance. The Journal provides a platform for legal practitioners, academicians, researchers and students to critically examine emerging issues affecting the corporate and commercial landscape, while encouraging research that contributes to legal, regulatory and policy discourse. For Volume IX, Issue 2, the Editorial Board invites original submissions addressing contemporary developments across the diverse and evolving dimensions of corporate law and governance. Submissions may engage with, inter alia, Corporate Law and Corporate Governance, Mergers and Acquisitions, Securities and Capital Markets, Banking and Finance, Insolvency and Bankruptcy, Competition Law, Foreign Investment, Investment Funds, Environmental, Social and Governance frameworks, Technology and Corporate Regulation, Data Protection and Privacy in Corporate Transactions, Intellectual Property, Labour and Employment, Taxation, Dispute Resolution, and related regulatory developments. The Editorial Board particularly welcomes submissions that critically examine recent legislative and regulatory developments, judicial decisions, institutional practices and emerging challenges in the corporate and commercial sphere.
