IFC Backs Chinese Huatong Cable Operations in Cameroon

China’s Hebei Huatong Wires and Cables Group has secured an IFC loan of up to $60 million, or about CFA33.8 billion, part of which will finance working capital needs at its cable factory in Douala, Cameroon.
