The consultant, through data collectors, will be engaging with selected households, businesses and institutions across all four regions of Eswatini. This data collection exercise will commence on 28 May 2026 and continue until the end of June 2026. The success of the survey depends on the active participation of all stakeholders. ESCCOM therefore encourages members of the public, businesses, and institutions to fully cooperate as this will ensure that the findings accurately reflect the experiences and needs of ICT users and service providers across Eswatini. Participants are assured that strict confidentiality protocols will be observed throughout the survey process in alignment with the Data Protection Act of 2022. Survey personnel will be easily identifiable through official branded attire and badges, with both the ESCCOM and 360DBS logos, and will carry introduction letters; all credentials that are verifiable with the Commission. ESCCOM remains committed to fostering a dynamic and inclusive ICT sector that continues to serve the needs of all Emaswati in an increasingly digital future.
