Mr. Hansaria brings over two decades of extensive courtroom experience, having cultivated a formidable reputation throughout his career, which includes building and leading his own independent practice. His professional engagements frequently involve appearances before the Supreme Court of India, various High Courts across the country, the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) and its Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT), as well as numerous Arbitral Tribunals.

His expertise lies in representing corporate clients embroiled in intricate and high-value commercial disputes. Prior to establishing his independent practice, Mr. Hansaria co-headed the Commercial Litigation and Arbitration practice at Svarniti Law Offices. Earlier in his career, he served as a Partner within the Dispute Resolution team at P&A Law Offices. Academically, Mr. Hansaria is an alumnus of Amity Law School, New Delhi, and further holds an LL.M. degree from the prestigious London School of Economics and Political Science.
