Vermont PUC Orders Mandatory Utility Customer Protections

On 10/8/20 the Vermont Public Utility Commission announced that the temporary moratorium on utility service disconnections will end on October 15, 2020. The Commission is also ordering new, mandatory consumer protections for utility customers who are facing economic hardships as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic.
