Reserve Bank Staff College, Chennai 359, Anna Salai, Teynampet, Chennai - 600 018 Telephone: 044-48659612; Fax: 044-48659640 E-mail: principalrbsc[at]rbi[dot]org[dot]in Reserve Bank Staff College (RBSC), established on July 03, 1963 in Chennai, is the apex training college of the Reserve Bank of India, actively contributing to the knowledge enhancement endeavours of the Bank. The College primarily caters to the training needs of the officers of the Bank over their entire career cycle- starting from Induction Programmes for the newly recruited officers to the Retirement Programmes for the superannuating officers of the Bank. The College conducts programmes meeting the knowledge and skill needs of the participants on various central banking policy areas such as Currency Management, Financial Regulation and Supervision, Monetary Policy, Financial Inclusion, Debt Management and Reserve Management etc. The College also conducts international programs for participants from various foreign central banks on topics such as Banking Regulation, Central Banking Policy, Fintech Regulation, Macroprudential Regulation, Monetary Theory and Policy, Financial Derivatives, Payment and Settlement Systems etc. New programs are being introduced every year and new pedagogical techniques are being added by the College in tune with the rapidly changing financial systems and the participants’ needs. Working hours: Monday to Friday -9.30 a.m. to 5.30 p.m.
