Third Party Intermediaries in the Energy Market – Article 14 licence modification decisions published 01 September 2026 We have published our decisions on modifications to gas and electricity supply licences relating to Third Party Intermediaries in the non-domestic energy market. The modifications introduce new requirements for suppliers to include applicable Third Party Intermediary Costs within a customer’s Principal Terms and provide this information upon request. The Article 14 Decisions follow our May 2026 Position Paper and consultations on the proposed licence modifications. They set out the responses received , our consideration of these and our final decisions. The licence modifications will take effect on 4 January 2027.
