The amendment will transfer the responsibility to appoint a secretary to an Independent Sanctions Tribunal from the FRC’s Conduct Committee to the FRC’s People Committee, with effect from 1 November 2026. The amendment will be made to paragraph 14.3 of the ARSP and CD RASP , which appear in identical terms. Taking effect from Monday 1 November 2026, the reference to “The Conduct Committee” will be amended to “The People Committee”, and as a result, paragraph 14.3 will read as follows: "14.3 The People Committee will appoint a secretary to an Independent Sanctions Tribunal to administer the Tribunal" Pursuant to paragraph 24.1 of the ARSP and CD RASP.
