Skip to main content Home News and events News Draft 2027 Taxonomy Suite published News types: Consultation Announcement Published: 27 July 2026 The Financial Reporting Council (FRC) has today published a draft version of the 2027 Taxonomy Suite for public consultation. To prepare for upcoming digital reporting requirement from Companies House, this release introduces the first-time digitisation of FRS 103 Insurance Contracts under the FRS-102 entry point of the taxonomies. The consultation is open for eight weeks until Sunday 20 September 2026, and responses can be submitted through Yeti or by email to [emailprotected] . The FRC is aiming to release the final version of the Taxonomy Suite in November 2026, together with a feedback statement. Key changes to the 2027 Taxonomy Suite Respondents are strongly encouraged to read the changelog document included in the draft Taxonomy Suite download, which provides detailed information on all proposed amendments and supports the use of accompanying mapping files.
