Tribunal unconditionally approves HN Motor Holdings and NMI transaction The Competition Tribunal has unconditionally approved a merger in which HN Motor Holdings (Pty) Ltd (“HN Motor Holdings”) will acquire shares in NMI Durban South Motors (Pty) Ltd (“NMI”), moving from joint to sole control over NMI. The acquiring group is active in the sale of new and used passenger and commercial vehicles, including the provision of ancillary motor vehicle services. The target group is active in the sale of new and used commercial and passenger vehicles and the provision of after-sales services.
