2024/2025 Annual Report for the Northern Ireland Sustainable Energy Programme published 03 July 2026 The Northern Ireland Sustainable Energy Programme (NISEP) is an energy efficiency programme for domestic and non-domestic customers. The majority of the funding (at least 80%) is available to vulnerable or priority customers. The programme provides funding for the following categories: The Annual Report reviews the performance of the 2024/2025 NISEP schemes, outlining the measures installed, financial benefits to customers and the associated energy (GWh) and carbon savings.
