The FADP 2026 funding application period has officially opened, with a deadline of September 15. The campaign will be conducted online and in physical format. According to Habibou Dia, Director of Communication, the platform for submitting applications is the Declaration Médias Sénégal (DMS) at declarationmedias.sec.gouv.sn. Alternatively, applicants can submit their dossiers physically at the Secrétariat de la Direction de la Communication in Keur Gorgui. The deadline for submission is September 15, and structures already registered on DMS are invited to update their information before applying.

The eligibility criteria for FADP funding remain governed by the decrees n°2021-171 and n°2021-178 of January 27, 2021. The decrees specify that only enterprises of press, both written and audiovisual, regularly established in Senegal are eligible. To be considered, applicants must demonstrate regular administrative status, respect social obligations, create at least five permanent jobs, and for audiovisual media, provide an attestation proving that 30% of their programs promote national cultural values. Radios communautaires must also justify a regular constitution, a bank account, and a fixed address.
