Cameroon: President Paul Biya Signs Decree Admitting General Tchemo to Second Section of G

The President of the Republic, Paul Biya, has authorized the Minister of Economy, Planning and Territorial Development to sign agreements with the International Development Association (IDA) for funding the West and Central Africa Health Security Program.
